Bulgaria Regeneration

Tlachene has a very interesting history, with its origins in Thracian times, through the Roman empires, later as a Turkish settlement. Within Bulgaria, Tlachene is part of Europe and most recently is now a member of the European Union. Now we have a new regeneration program, which sees a whole new era in the history and life of Tlachene.

We own a number properties in Tlachene. Some are to be renovated for re-sale and others will be renovated and used for visitor and tourist accommodation, guest houses, restaurant and leisure facilities. Part of the Tlachene regeneration scheme is to provide basic education to the children of the village after the original school closes later this year. To aid us in this purpose, we will be building a new smaller school/education centre which will not only provide pre-school education, and education to youngsters of Tlachene, but also IT skills to anyone in Tlachene who wishes to learn.
